 Assister la direction du spa dans le recrutement, la formation, la discipline, la progression et l’évaluation des thérapeutes. Mettre régulièrement à jour les différents manuels de soins et s’assurer de leur respect. Assurer la bonne mise en place des salles de soins. Mettre en place un planning de formation et un processus de validation. Assurer le suivi administratif et financier du spa.
