Description
Lead and monitor all Real Estate Development projects and coordinate with all involved parties such as contractors, external engineering and cost consultants, governmental authorities, etc.;
Work with the owners to implement strategic priorities for Real Estate projects in terms of recommendation of new real estate projects;
Current holding of approximately 1 billion QAR
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
15+ years of expereince in Real Estate Development projects
