A Qatar leading development company is looking for a high experienced project manager (architect or construction engineer background) to follow up the projects of the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of design, construction, ID & Fit Out and furnishing works of hospitality and residential assets of the company.
The Project Manager/Senior Architect’s role is to plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with the supervision of Construction and Maintenance of Construction Projects.Manage the development of the Project(s), cost and quality with an aim to complete the Project(s) efficiently on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
-Develop Project Management Plan and all other related activities.
-Keep the Project on track in terms of Schedule and Budget.
-Identify, monitor and respond to risks.
-Overseeing the performance of all tasks needed for the successful Completion of the project and as
leader of the project team, plans, organises, directs, manages, staffs, controls, motivates and stimulates the team to work as an integral unit.
-Provide accurate and timely report of Project metrics.
-Carry out changes in the Contract; negotiate revisions, additions to contractual agreements with Consultants, Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors in coordination with Contracts Manager.
-Working in conjunction with other member of the Clients Project Team together with the contractors to achieve the Project objectives.
-Establish the necessary contacts and relationships with the relevant representatives of the various ministries, authorities and consultant.
-If required, manages key project personnel so that the work can be executed correctly, effectively, and
smoothly in accordance with the client’s specifications, and all contractual terms and conditions.
