- Welcomes and greets all customers / Guests / Representatives in a friendly professional manner and ascertain there needs in order to assign them to appropriate representative or person to attend them.
- Directs customers to the correct department / person - in charge / sales consultant, notifies appropriate person a customer is waiting, and handover the customer through an appropriate introduction.
- Handles inquiries and take information for follow-up, if customer is unable to connect with appropriate sales consultant (records to be maintained).
- Maintains showroom walk-in customer list.
