*To achieve assigned outlet’s monthly and quarterly retail targets, including limousine and self drive.
*Responsible of accurately and efficiently completing all operational documents (i.e. rental agreements, limousine vouchers, time sheets, checklists) according to company procedures and regulations.
*To be the first to take in, analyze, then resolve any customer complaints.
*To build relations with the hotel management of each department relating to operations of the designated hotel.
*To comply with all transportation requests of the outlet’s guests and hotel requests relating to operations.
*Responsible of maintaining the outlet’s fleet of vehicles, including exterior and interior, and to report to, and coordinate with the Fleet Controller regarding any damages and/or mechanical services. Also to ensure the availability of all car documents (insurance and registration) inside each vehicle.
*Responsible for all outlet’s paperwork, filing and correspondences.
*Coordinate and cooperate with other retail outlets regarding general retail requests including fleet movement with check listing, and driver movement.
*To ensure the crisp, clean, and polished appearance of all drivers and their business attire.
*Responsible for reporting to the designated outlet on time, and assuring the timely attendance of drivers.
