• Ensures seamless, world class client service experiences over the phone and through various communication channels responding to client requests and anticipating unstated needs
• The charter sales specialist is responsible for managing and reviewing all operational aspects of the flights (quoting, scheduling, and coordinating private travel)
• Flight watching / overseeing flight departures and arrivals
• Performs additional duties and projects as requested
