To ensure that the plant runs with maximum performance, efficiently and effectively by coordinating and planning all plant operations activities.
•Ensure implementation of effective and efficient procedures related to the performance of the plant
•Monitor daily performance of all the plant and to ensure that all the parameters are within the specified limits
•Follow up the performance model with the operational data and the guaranty values of the project
•Check metering signals related to the plant accounting settlement system (Billing software)
•Issuing the monthly energy production data required to establish the invoice payment
•Ensure metering signals related to water and fuel consumption
•Check the weather data file related to the performance model of the plant
•Follow up the efficiency of solar field, thermal storage system and power block ‘’Rankine cycle’’
•Prepare daily and monthly performance summary of plant
•Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports
•Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated
•Ensure identification of deviations of data related to the performance and to implement corrective actions/Preventive actions
•Ensure the compliance with the power purchase agreement related to energy calculation
•Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area
•Perform other duties as assigned
