•Review the O&M manuals
•Review and raise comments on the commissioning procedures
•Ensure regulatory equipment inspections
•Ensure that all controllers software licenses have been delivered
•Attend on the DCS implementation and functional tests
•Ensure that all fault notifications are recorded in SAP
•Ensure efficient devices calibration
•Monitor the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with PC team
•Raise any deviations that might occur during commissioning phase
•Raise any deviation that might occur during function and performance tests
•Carry out the planned outages and equipment inspections and inform of any deviation
•Attend and observe the functional tests of each process
•Site walk down, raise new punch items with photos and descriptions, ensure that it is fixed and update the status and statistics
•Oversight of daily maintenance activities
•Ensure upkeep of historical records related to preventive and corrective maintenance
•Ensure upkeep of historical records for plant DCS and SCS and backup
•Prepare maintenance reports for management review and decision
•Elaborate on detailed reports of equipment maintenance activities
•Ensure equipment availability and optimize maintenance costs
