ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager ensures management of resources by project across the country,
Responsible for assigning resources to development and other projects, directing and overseeing the effective operations of project planning, project execution and provide project management controls and standards. The Project Manager position is a leadership role and is familiar with various project delivery methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop project plans and their respective budgets in accordance with the organization’s overall strategies and directions. Develop the strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with overall strategies and directions.
• Facilitate the assignment of development officer to relevant projects under the guidance and ownership of the respective Country Manager.
• Resolve risks and issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and/or ability to meet agreed upon project deliverables.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a contracts database to facilitate scope and delivery management.
• Oversees the performance, strategy and operations of the Projects and reports the information to the Project manager providing updates, suggestions and changes.
• Formulate strategies and developmental plans.
• Oversee the launching of project plans and revise as appropriate to meet organizational changing needs and requirements.
• Manage Project activities, receive regular project reports from Project Leads and analyze data for KPI reporting and prepare data sets for the Country Manager Review project closing reports to ensure project deliverables are met.
