* The ideal candidate should be based out of Morocco and have more than 7 years of solutions sales experience (preferably for Banks).
* She/He should be fluent in French & Arabic and very good in English.
* She/He should have a proven track record in selling solutions in the African francophone market (He will manage mainly Morocco, Senegal & Ivory Cost).
* She/He should be able to travel a lot and stay in the different prospect countries according to the business needs.
* She/He should ideally has all/most of the following knowledge:
+ Knowledge of relevant industry products (Banking Automation Solutions).
+ Knowledge of the relevant local IT market (Customers/Prospects, Competition, Regulations, etc..).
+ Knowledge and ability to apply strategic consultative selling techniques or/and power base selling methodology.
+ Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes sales strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
* She/He should has - minimum - the following skills:

+ Highly developed verbal and written communicative skills.
+ Self-motivated and the ability to motivate others.
+ Excellent leadership skills to manage and lead partners & colleagues from other departments.
+ Result oriented and focus on financial targets achieving.
+ Well-organized in order to manage time, develop plans, organize schedule, and do reports.
+ Working under pressure and excellent stress management.
+ Very Good negotiation and presentation skills.
