IT Supervisor

Detailed understanding of systems backup procedures and protocols.

Sound Knowledge in basic LAN/WAN topologies and other networking technologies

Knowledge of data centre equipment management and operations

Detailed understanding of information emergency and disaster recovery procedures and protocols.

Deep understanding of Network security concepts including VLANS, Firewalls, IPS, IDS, content filtering, etc

Detailed knowledge of Office Sharing, system access policy and protocols.

Fully conversant and up-to-date with current trends, developments and global best practices in IT software and hardware technologies.

Experience in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Sound admin knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and software applications like Primavera etc

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Extensive knowledge in network design concepts and network capacity planning

Extensive knowledge in installing, configuring and managing network devices

Fully conversant and up-to-date with current trends, developments and global best practices in IT software and hardware technologies.

Good understanding of stakeholder management and communication philosophy.

Ability to maintain focus on long-term strategic objectives in light of immediate operational requirements.

Experience of working in high performing technical multi-disciplinary teams.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic languages.
Responsible for designing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and maintaining APV's corporate systems to ensure uninterrupted performance and availability of the systems and services.
