Strong background in International Cuisine
Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Good English communication skills
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation
Must be presentable with good hygiene
