Open to MOROCCAN nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
Diploma Holder on any related course
At least 1 year of culinary experience in the same role, preferably in a casual dining restaurant
Strong background in International Cuisine is plus
Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
Manage and train CDP, DCDP, COMMIS working with you
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Good English communication skills
Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized (max 1-month)
