Job Summary:
The IT Executive is responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware or software errors and solving technical or application issues remotely, while providing on-site support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing remote and on-site end user support (helpdesk) and responding within agreed time limits
- IT Vendor management
- IT asset registration and management
- Installation and configuration of user desktops/laptops, switches and access pointsMonitoring, management and troubleshooting of the network
- Internet access management
- IT security management
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant IT reports
