About the role - Talent Acquisition Specialist - agency contract
Purpose of the job:
- A Talent Acquisition Specialist to facilitate the effective sourcing - by assessing the staffing needs of our company and then identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs
- You should come with 4-5 years experiences in sourcing, search and recruitment strategy with multiple channels available viz Internal Mobility, referral, job-boards, social media, company careers boards, university job boards, other networks
- A relationship builder who collaborates with multiple stakeholders and drives results
Talent Acquisition Specialist will also participate in the interviewing and hiring process
Job Responsibilities:
- The position requires you to work very closely with hiring managers to ensure their requirement about what kind of talent they are looking for
- You need to be an expert to locate candidates against requirements that are likely to be already there to deliver against the current/future job openings.
- You can accurately understand the technical/functional/leadership requirements, and then design a sophisticated sourcing strategy to actively locate people who are good matches to these open job positions.
- Familiarity and knowledge of how to use and exploit social media, technology, marketing and the web for the purposes of finding candidates
- Conduct initial negotiations and agreements
Typically schedule all interviews and then prepare and advise their candidates beforehand
