  • Provide financial statements and ensure all reporting deadlines are met, both internal and Group,

  • Provide annual accounts for certification and tax statements, and coordinate with auditors,

  • Ensure cash management, follow up and negotiation with banks,

Job Description:


The Marketplace Executive (E-Commerce) is responsible for the success of the e-commerce marketplace. His/Her job is to manage the catalogue of airport and travel services, and grow the network of suppliers. The Marketplace Executive is responsible for identifying service providers, negotiating commissions, signing contracts and on-boarding suppliers onto the marketplace. He/She is responsible for fulfillment of service delivery by suppliers and ensuring that customer orders are acknowledged and delivered.

Customer Service Agent – Ecommerce - National Aviation Services

Job Descripion:


The customer service agent plays a key role in providing customers with the best customer experience through the various customer service channels such as phone calls, emails (customer service and CRM interface), WhatsApp and any other customer communication tools. The customer service agent should answer customer tickets within certain SLA and act as the first level resolution point to all types of customer tickets. In addition, the customer service agent is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled, and that customer service is provided by airport service providers.
