Our client, global provider of equipment for communication networks and industrial environments, recruits an IT Channel Solutions Engineer based in Casablanca.
Description du poste
As IT Channel Solutions Engineer, you will report to the Sales Support Division and you main activities would be:
- Identifying the specific Pre-sales & tech support needs;
- Supporting the assigned sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact;
- Participating in meetings and leading technical discussion;
- Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking and implementation of value business project plans;
- Providing site surveys, and isntalling UPS and necessary electrical wiring with whole power, cooling and remote connectivity solutions;
- Handling warranty support, repair or replacement faulty electrical equipment;
- Recognizing failure trends and recommending corrective action
- Providing quality internal and external customer service.
