The main purpose of the job is to manage the achievement of the Spinal unit and revenue goals of the business in Algeria, Morocco & Tunisia. You will assist the MENA Region in achieving overall revenue and market development objectives. Sales Supervisor will be responsible for increasing market share in that business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic’s products and services within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long term business targets and objectives.
• Educate and develop distributors and/or their employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, and career goal pursuits
• Developing and managing budgets and forecasts;
• Coordinate efforts with Sales Managers of other product lines to diversify and maximize overall Medtronic teamwork results
• Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent Medtronic management to customers
• including the training and education
• Assist the Sales Manager with planning and forecasting/reporting and business strategy support, as required.
