- Work in Hassi Messoud on a rotation basis (5 weeks on site / 4 weeks off).
- Provide day-to-day operational technical support and on call support when required on a client site or remote site within the region, covering HW, SW, LANs and WANS.
- Perform work to more than one client, on the phone, through email or on site.
- Write documentation and procedures for existing client’s data systems and networks.
- Identify, distinguish and prioritize incidents, problems and changes required for the best resolution of client support requests.
- Document and report on tasks performed and steps taken to resolve problems.
- Participate in technical or market research projects as assigned.
- Follow the developed policies, processes, procedures and protocols for the IT Department to ensure effective and efficient methods of providing support.
