In the years to come more smart robotic products will be developed that will bring a direct added value to our households. Responsibilities:
• Attract new customers by effectively answering their questions on our robotics products online
• Encourage customer loyalty by providing troubleshooting and education to resolve customer complaints and concerns via e-mail, chat function and when required via Phone
• Design and implement methods for storing and sharing information on customer complaints and queries, so that the rest of the organization can learn
Reporting:
Will report to the Customer Service Manager in Europe

Based in Morocco
Flexible location / Remote
Working hours
Flexible / to be discussed / handy in cooperation with EU team
Computer Skills
Basic understanding required
Experience
Proven experience in customer service activities and excellent in French & English language
