This role is located in Ouarzazate, Morocco.
•Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works
•Review, comment and suggest improvements for the O&M manuals
•Review and raise comments on the commissioning procedures
•Monitor the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
•Raise any deviation that might occur during commissioning phase
•Ensure regulatory equipment inspections
•Attend on site test of mechanical equipment’s and report any failure
•Attend and observe the machine alignment procedure execution
•Site walk down, raise new punch items with photos and description and ensure that it is fixed and update its status and statistics
•Report all fault notifications in SAP
•Carry out the planned Outages and equipment inspections
•Oversight of daily maintenance activities
•Prepare maintenance reports for management review/decision
•Prepare elaborate detailed reports of equipment maintenance activities
•Ensure equipment availability and optimize maintenance costs
