This role is located in Laayoune, Morocco.
•Responsible for plant operation and maintenance and to establish NOMAC O&M policies and procedures
•Responsible for plant production goals, HSE, performance, availability and cost control
•Establish and maintain community relations
•Ensure implementation of established, effective and economical operating methods and techniques and identify new technological changes in the field business which can be implemented to advance the operating methods and techniques
•Develop and ensure implementation of plans and procedures to achieve the optimum utilization and operating efficiency of Photovoltaic plant
•Ensure the implementation of HSE policy and procedures
•Control the operation and maintenance activities of the subcontractors
•Develop and approval of the maintenance plan according with O&M contract
•Ensure that adequate and trained personnel are available to effectively carry out plant activities
•Co-ordinate and control necessary relations with Customer
•Co-ordinate and control necessary relations with Government officials necessary for the accomplishment of the function
•Reporting the Plant activities including incident reports with causes and remedy actions to the Customer, daily log sheet, daily performance report, weekly status report, and monthly performance as well as operation activities with any recommendations of modification and annual report
•Control and report of Key Performance Indicators
•Confirm and approve all purchase requisitions initiated by Section Heads before submission to procurement
•Control the owner warehouse, providing tracking of spare parts used, warranty claims and reposition of the used parts
•Periodic meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to establish operating conditions, maintenance progress, problems and solution of operation and maintenance plans
•Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated
•Identify, establish and monitor IMS objectives, targets and programs
•Ensure Legal compliance with respect to their scope of activities
•Ensure identification of root cause for the identified non conformances/ deviations and to implement corrective actions/Preventive actions
•Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees
•Necessary coordination with the external agencies/interested parties for environmental and safety related matters
•Receive, resolve and respond to customer complaints/feedback
•EPC, O&M and PPA Contracts administration, preserving Economic Development Obligations, managing Inspections, Claims, Force Majeure and Dispute Resolution assistance
•Provide technical support and guidance for technical aspects related with the Photovoltaic Power Plant Electric Generation
