Investment Analyst for the MENA region (m/f)

Key responsibilities:
 Supporting on- and off-site due diligence processes for debt investments in financial institutions (banks, leasing companies, microfinance institutions, etc.), including the organization of due diligences and writing of investment proposals
 Monitoring of existing debt investments, based on financial reports and client visits
 Monitoring/analyzing key economic and financial sector trends, including regulatory and supervisory policies
 Internal and external reporting regarding investments, fund performance and countries of operations
 Identifying technical assistance needs of financial institutions or market participants in the area of Micro/SME as well as energy efficiency/renewable energy finance
 Promoting responsible finance through dialogue with respective stakeholders, investment structuring, workshops and initiatives
