Our Mystery Shopping programme allows us to continuously measure our standards, helping us not only to identify our strengths but, more importantly, helping us to identify areas where we can improve - as seen from the customer's perspective.
We are constantly on the lookout for people to be part of our mystery shopper team; people who can tell us what we are getting right (and wrong) by visiting our stores and recording their experience.
