Business Development manager for Granite & Marble in N.African & Middle East Market

Job/Work Brief:

1. This is a North Africa & Middle East based Business Development position.
2. Build a solid sales territory for Granite, Marble, Ceramic & Other stones that generates the maximum amount of sales at the highest gross profit possible.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers and The Ronak Group staff members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Render quality customer service to obtain maximum profits from sales volume.
2. Strive to meet or exceed budgeted objectives on gross margin and sales.
3. Call regularly on prospective customers – number of cold calls to be determined by management team.
4. Complete and provide a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Call Report, if required by the Regional Director or Branch Manager
5. Promote good customer relations based on high integrity, standards and fair dealings.
6. Establish and maintain a schedule which allows each assigned customer to be contacted and serviced regularly or more frequently if requested by the customer.
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues where appropriate.
8. Report unsatisfied customer complaints to the Regional Director or Branch Manager.
9. Assist the Credit Department in setting credit limits and in performing the collection of past due accounts.
10. Attend weekly sales meetings with Branch Manager.
11. Make suggestions to management for improvements in all areas.
12. Retain confidential information on both The Ronak Group and the customer.
13. Maintain a neat, professional vehicle and personal appearance.
14. Continue to improve selling technique, skills and product knowledge.
15. Keep informed and strive for personal growth and development.
16. Participate in cross-training in other department functions to allow for the opportunity to provide coverage to other areas.
17. Perform all duties in a consistently safe manner and adhere to all company safety policies.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.
