Faurecia Informatique Tunisie is looking for
IT Application Technical Desk members
The candidate belongs to the Application Technical Desk team. The main objective of this team is to manage some centralized applications ( Edison ( Exchange of data with external partners), Financial Applications, PDM…)
The main missions are to :
▪ Ensure 2nd level support on these applications
▪ Check the correct daily operation and correct the dysfunctions
▪ Take part in the development of the monitoring of the applications
▪ Define, write, transfer the procedure to pilots and technical desk team.
▪ Take in charge the incidents and give a quality of service to the users in relation
▪ Work in collaboration with CC team in the framework of project
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪ Masters degree, specialization in Information Technology
▪ Knowledge of information technologies to ensure system/application support
▪ Ability to communicate, to take initiative and to react
▪ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
