We - ClaimFlights - are looking for somebody speaking perfect English and French who can help our customer to get their legal rights on flight delays. Our company is very successfull and growing fast.
You work full time and from home, 40 hours a week is our planed schedule to work, each day 8 hours or work schedule can be adjusted to your needs.
We will train you to consult our customers on their claim and legal cases. You will be able to work with lawyers and our law team.
We look for a long term relationship. We pay a fair and competitive salary.
You will be the contact to the French & UK clients. You have to understand their cases and discuss them with our lawyer and legal expert team. After an introduction you will be able to consult customers yourself. Complex legal topics will we discussed with our legal team on a regular base, this will enable you to give correct answers to the customers.
Your task:
• Administrative case work on customer cases in our helpdesk system (60% of time)
• Communicate with Airlines to get legal compensation for our customers (30% of time)
• Answer customer questions in chat and take inbound calls (10%)
You can work from home from every location with good Internet connection.
