Marketing Executive

As Territory Manager/ Executive (Marketing and Business Development) -
Target achievement through:
 
1. Sales & Marketing
2. Planning & Market Research
3. Collections
4. Customer Care
5. Timely Reporting
 
Responsibilities:
·        
Generate
QA’s as per laid down targets (Metro-250/ClassA-200/ClassB-150/ClassC-100 as
per product allocation), convince and convert.
·        
Generate
revenue as per laid down targets from product specific conversions.
·        
Maintain
a conversion percentage of 80% for prospects to QA and 30% of QA to Client.
·        
Design
& submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly action plan to the BM.
·        
Effectively
implement plans to completion
·        
Makes
timely collections due/overdue of the new retainers and also for installments.
·        
Maintain
records of payments due at the stages of retainer, file no., interview, medical
and all communication with the client.
·        
Case
filing: Ensuring that the clients are adequately assisted in the following in
cases of doubts (since he would be the first point of contact for the client):
o   Filling out the IMM 008 forms
o   Collection of the relevant and complete
documents
o   Submission of the completed documents to
the ABM for forwarding to Operations Division, Head Office within 30 days.
·        
Submit
Daily/Weekly reports to the BM on:
o   Number of Prospects contacted.
o   Number of qualified applicants generated
& contacted.
o   Number of clients made
o   Selling expenses incurred and any
deviation from the standard performance.
·        
Submit
daily reports of marketing activities/initiatives to BM in the specified format
specified intervals.
