Supervises and participates in the preparation of all payable accounts such as contractors, salary and suppliers. Cash Management and deployment of Funds. Supervises and authorizes all Receivable Invoices. Monitors and follow-ups on Receivable Collection. Process Fixed Assets System. Supervise and control monthly General Ledger and Financial Statements. Ensures payments are done in time. Some of the responsibilities include: - Daily monitoring of Bank Balances and Inter Bank Transfer of Funds. - Verifies all the payments with Payment Request, Purchase Vouchers and the Cheques. - Validate e-forms for Suppliers Invoices and checks the correctness of Purchase Vouchers - Reviews all contracts with suppliers and ensures that the rates are as per the contract. - Verify and sign all the Receivable Invoices. - Posting of all the Payable invoices to General Ledger System and general ledger into oracle system. - Checks financial Statements for the Monthly profit and Loss Statement - Monitors Inter Company transactions and Reconciliation of the accounts - Checking Monthly Trial Balance for accuracy of Financial Data input. - Monitors accruals, Prepaid Expenses, Advance to Contractors, and the clearing accounts. - Verify additions, deletions to Fixed Assets System, Run the depreciation process and all the work related to Fixed Assets. - Monitors the preparation of payroll related payments - Funds management including working capital arrangement & negotiation - Finalization and Consolidation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Books of Accounts - Budgeting, MIS Reporting, Financial Planning and decision making support - Provide Costing & Pricing of services - Tax planning and compliance including tax audit and filing of tax returns - Lead the ERP implementation (including but not limited to Business Process Reengineering) - Ensuring effective internal control system - Ensure regulatory compliance
