Lounge Customer Service Agent (CSA)

• Provides various receptionist services to the lounge, attends to the guests’ inquiries, concerns etc.
• Meets and greets the guests, advises them of the lounge services and requirements, enters their data into the system and guides them to the lounge’s facilities as necessary
• Answers and attends to phone calls and emails received at the lounge
• Conducts public announcements inside the lounge through the use of a public-address system for reminders, flight related or boarding time announcements and other important information
• Generates a Lounge Handling Report for each airline, corporate customer or walk-in passenger handled during the shift
• Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of the company and their customers
• Responsible for Safety & Quality of the function/Task performed
• Responsible for reporting to his superiors’ occurrences, events violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.
