We are looking for highly motivated and qualified Junior Java Developer to join our operation team - Business Process Outsourcing department at Skylads Casablanca.
Our Operation team is mainly involved in a range of critical activities for the business, from campaign's execution with APIs to data analysis and development of custom apps.
Your key responsibilities will be:
● Work with the software development team on the back-end and the front-end information system;
● Participate in the conception of new projects and products;
● Lead the design and development of both new and existing code;
● Fine-tune databases and improving data-intensive systems;
● Be a bridge between customers and the development team, enhancing the software usage for the ones and driving future developments for the others.
● Support users by developing documentation tools.
● Respond to client requests, anticipating and meeting client problems and needs using innovative approaches when applicable
● Report progress to manager, highlighting issues before they become a problem.
● Possibility to monitor different digital campaigns for international clients
● Develop ergonomic interface for users needs
● Be involved in the quality assurance processes to guarantee highest quality system of the clients
Requirements and qualifications:
● Educated to Master Degree level in Software Engineering or similar
● Must have strong knowledge in Object oriented development, version control, release management, change management.
● Experience in Java server-side software design and development.
● Develop Unit Test Plan, associated Unit Test Case and Unit Test results.
● Provide system integration testing support for projects and enhancements
● Provide implementation support.
● Interface with businesses and development teams across multiple global locations.
● Ability to convert business requirements into specifications and be able to analyze, design, develop and integrate applications.
● Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● Strong technical skills, dedication, innovation, drive for excellence.
● Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize the application.
● A genuine interest in the latest technology.
● Knowledge in digital advertising is a plus. The technical skills that we require you to bring:

Language Skills:
● The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
