Major international industrial group, key player in the industry, is recruiting as part of its development a Plant Manager H / F based in Tangier.



Description

As Plant Manager, you are in charge of:

• Managing and coordinating the various services of the site;
• Managing the P&L (Profit account and results vs budget);
• Ensuring the satisfaction of the customers of the site for all the products regarding the production: Quality, Cost & Time;
• Maintaining social climate and negotiation with the social partners;
• Managing operational quality control according to quality procedures and instructions;
• Anticipating, planning and optimising human resources needs;
• Guaranteeing the operational excellence of the site;
• Participating in the acquisition phase of the new Customer projects for the site.

  Profile
  
  Graduate from an engineering school, you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive sector. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
