Recruiter - Tetra Pak

Main Purpose of the Job



The HR Recruitment Expert contributes to the overall successful delivery of HR services:The position is involved in resourcing activities covering many competence areas on different levels within Tetra Pak. The position is part of a team of Recruiters within the HR service centre


Key Outputs and Measurements



Deliver local process KPIs ( time to hire, quality, cost to hire)
Deliver project specific KPIs



Key Relationships



HR and Managers on various levels including senior stakeholders; external with recruitment agencies;job boards;university student job fair


 


Key Responsibilities



1. Independently drive and be responsible for end to end recruitment processes


2. Support and advise line managers and HR professionals when dealing with resourcing issues


3. Identify resourcing related issues, propose solution and discuss with the LPD Resourcing


4. Perform services on demand according to Terms and Conditions, act as second line support in HRSC


5. Perform recruitment for specific geographies


6. Relocation process coordination


7. Vendor Management: ensure efficient vendor management of Resourcing


8. Process efficiency and continuous improvement: measure and continuously improve HR SC internal resourcing activity efficiency
